CL is situated at the back of the pub. Electric or not, waste & water. Field flat with some hard standings. Scenery of hills, lovely. Just what we need. Pub doesn't have card facilities, cash only.
We arrived mid afternoon and got all set up. Carol & John arrived soon after. Once they were ready, it was off down the pub for a meal and a few drinks. The food was really good and cheap. While we were sitting down we saw a weasel, first time any of us had seen one.
Saturday started lazily then off to Newbury where there were surprisingly old buildings and 6 charity shops. So that meant at least 2 pints for Mike & John while we were shopping.
On the evening, John started playing with a couple of beer bottle caps and of course, I tried it as well.
