Colden Common - CL site, entrance is fine although it looked tight on Google Earth. The owner is a caravan owner and so is quite well thought out. It's very clean but the site has only been open six weeks.
It's a ten minute walk to the Dog & Crook pub. There's HSB on tap and they also do food.
There is also a small shop next to pub. We hadn’t seen it on the way in and travelled to Fair Oak to get provisions.
There's plenty of walks around but we'll need to find a circular one for next time.
Nice & quiet site although the owner cut the grass around caravans on Saturday afternoon during siesta time!
Can hear planes from Eastleigh airport but they don’t fly at night. Not woken up by them.
